What we do
The full range of technical support.
From a single repair to continuous care of the equipment across an entire ward.
Warranty and post-warranty repairs
Diagnostics, module replacement, calibration. Full service documentation for the facility's medical device records.
Scheduled inspections
An inspection schedule following each manufacturer's requirements for the device. We remind you before dates fall due.
Electrical safety testing
Safety parameter measurements to PN-EN 62353, sensor calibration and a report with the results.
Equipment review
An inventory of the equipment in the facility, an assessment of its condition and recommendations: what to repair, what to replace, what can stay in service.
On-site service
An engineer travels to the facility anywhere in Poland. The date is agreed when the request is logged.
Remote support
Help by phone and remotely. Some faults are resolved without a visit, and where a visit is needed the engineer knows which parts to bring along.
Urgent fault
Device failure? Call us.
Requests from critical areas, intensive care, A&E and operating theatres, are handled out of turn. Please have the device name and serial number to hand; it will shorten the diagnosis.
Service request
Report a fault or book an inspection online.
Describe the device and the symptoms. Your request goes straight to the service team and we confirm the visit once it is accepted. For urgent matters please call.
